Job Overview

In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility . Your proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming environment, supporting the overall guest experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer drop-off orders
- Sort, Wash, dry, fold and bag laundry orders
- keep laundry areas clean and tidy
- Answer phone calls and assist customers in person
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Help customers use the laundry card system
- Handle cash transactions and balance the cash drawer
- Address customer concerns and share feedback to management
Qualifications
- Good communication and listening skills
- Clean, neat, and professional appearance
- Basic cash handling and computer skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Dependable, punctual
- Able to work scheduled shifts reliably
- Able to work independently
- Prior experience in laundry service preferred but not required
Schedule:
- Saturday 8am - 3pm, Sunday 8am- (3-4)pm (rotating each week)
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14.0 – 15.0 per week
