We need a builder who runs toward ambiguity. Someone energized by "we've never done this before" and who gets suspicious when told "this is how it's always been done." You'll run experiments instead of debates, iterate based on real feedback, and move fast without breaking things (too much).
One day you're writing SQL queries to diagnose conversion drops, the next you're on calls with sellers figuring out why onboarding feels broken. Both days, you're building something that matters.

Marketplace Operations
- Drive profitability by helping sellers succeed faster while reducing cost-to-serve
- Build operations that scale: what takes 10 hours today should take 1 hour at 10x volume
- Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and turn insights into experiments that ship weekly
- Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
Seller Success & Engagement
- Own seller journey end-to-end: acquisition, activation, growth, retention
- Build trusted relationships as the face of Bubble Goods to our sellers
- Transform seller onboarding to competitive advantage, accelerating time to value
- Empower sellers to list their products for optimal conversion and seamlessly fulfill orders
Required:
- Mission-Driven: Passionate about clean food and supporting independent brands
- Experience: 2-4 years in operations/consulting/strategy at high-growth startup
- Builder Mindset: Ship solutions that drive tangible impact, not just identify problems
- Data Fluency: Strong SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, Sigma)
- High EQ: Intellectually curious, empathy to form relationships with core audiences
- Clear Communicator: Comfortable explaining Shopify inventory settings at a farmer’s market and a technical bug to executive leadership
