Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager / Crew Lead to oversee daily operations and manage team activities. This role involves supervising crew members, ensuring project tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver’s license and access to a truck are preferred to facilitate transportation needs.
Duties
- Lead and supervise team members to ensure project goals are met effectively and on schedule
- Manage daily operations, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to crew members
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards on-site
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow
- Maintain a positive team environment through motivation, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure all work is completed within designated timeframes during standard work hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch break)
- Assist in logistical planning and resource management as needed
- Utilize leadership skills to foster teamwork and accountability among crew members
Experience
- Proven experience in team management or supervision within a related industry or field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills for clear instructions and team coordination
- Prior experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory; leadership qualities are essential
- Valid driver’s license is preferred; owning or having access to a truck is advantageous for transportation purposes

Pay: $22.50 per hour
