What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Attendant, you’ll be the face of Bubble Blast and help make every visit memorable:
- Deliver WOW Moments: Greet customers with a smile, assist with questions, and make sure everyone feels welcome.
- Guide the fun: Help direct cars safely into the tunnel and keep traffic flowing smoothly.
- Support memberships: Explain our wash packages and monthly plans in a friendly, no-pressure way.
- Keep the site shining: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized wash environment.
- Learn the basics: Assist with light equipment checks, restocking supplies, and site upkeep.
- Jump in: Whether it’s helping a guest, tidying a station, or supporting teammates, you’re ready to make each shift a blast.
- Step up: Take on extra tasks assigned by management to help keep the day running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 Year of Customer/Guest Service experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for your entire shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- A positive, can-do attitude, because joy is contagious, and we spread it daily.
