We're a fast-growing express car wash company with multiple locations across Massachusetts and more in the pipeline. We're hiring a Site Leader to run our Chelmsford location — owning daily operations, building a high-performing team, and driving site performance like it's your own business.
Never run a car wash? That's fine — if you've led a team in fast food, retail, automotive services, or another high-volume operation and you're mechanically inclined, we'll teach you the wash business.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path upward. As we open new sites, our best leaders move up first.
Total Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 (base salary performance bonus)
What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day site operations: staffing, service quality, and customer experience
- Hire, train, and develop a team that hits high standards for performance and safety
- Troubleshoot wash equipment and coordinate repairs with technicians and trades
- Track site metrics (revenue, memberships, labor) and act on what the numbers say
- Keep the site compliant with safety regulations and company standards
- Travel occasionally within Greater Boston to support other locations and training
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in retail or customer-facing operations — fast food/QSR, retail, car wash, quick lube, automotive services, fuel/convenience, or fitness/membership businesses all translate well
- Minimum 2 years in a management role leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude: you're comfortable diagnosing equipment issues, doing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with technicians and trades (car wash equipment experience a strong plus — we'll train the rest)
- A track record of developing people and hitting performance targets
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and weekend availability
