We are seeking a Sales Lead whose responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers to present, explain, and sell car wash packages and membership plans.
- Driving customer retention to maximize site membership growth.
- Guiding customer vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel.
- Providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every customer.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour.
- Monthly Sales Commissions: Earn $500-1000 per month on top of your base salary

Experience & Requirements:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
