Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards, including operating kitchen equipment and handling food safely.
• Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash transactions, credit card payments, and retail sales transactions with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales by recommending popular or new products.
• Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, bussing tables, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed throughout your shift.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking their orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
• Operate cash registers confidently, process cash handling accurately, and manage food service customer order management efficiently.
• Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation, food handling, and ensuring quick service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Proven ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Retail sales experience or grocery store background is advantageous but not required.
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
