Job Summary
Bubbakoo’s Burritos is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. As a Crew Member, you’ll prepare fresh food, interact with customers, and help maintain a clean and efficient restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent service
- Prepare and assemble menu items (burritos, tacos, bowls, etc.) according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and prep stations
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- No experience required (training provided), but restaurant or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
