Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HVAC Installer Helper role. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and eager individual. The Installer Helper will be responsible for tasks such as assisting the main Installer with performing removal and installation of HVAC systems for mostly residential customers, but some commercial customers as well. The right candidate will be able to crawl, climb, and work in hot spaces/outdoors for extended periods of time. Some of this role will require being in a VERY hot attic for the installation of a new system.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- IMPORTANT: At least 1 year experience installing or working with HVAC systems (including spending time in VERY hot attics)
