Cleaning Supervisor $22 per hour to start
Commercial Cleaning of very large spaces and supervising small teams. Hours are from 4pm till the day is done, usually by 1-3am. We arrive at the shop at 4 pm and we all car pool to first job in company cars so you do not have to drive to locations. Sparkle Klean brings you to each location. Job duties are mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash, recycling, polishing, sweeping, windows, wall washing, disinfecting, bathrooms, restocking, carpet cleaning, etc. You must be able to where a backpack vacuum that weighs 30lbs for extended periods of time. Experience is not required, we will train you. Have a positive attitude and a drive to come to work each day. We do have vacation time and direct deposit, this position is Monday through Friday with weekends off, 7 paid holidays. 40 hour a week guaranteed. This spot requires attention to detail and the ability to mange a team. Requires good time management and social skills to give direction to your team mates. You MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE to hold this position and pass a DMV background check and a state background check. You will also be given a company car when you're training is complete and you can manage your team on your own.
