Requirements:
3 years of iOS, Android and responsive web app design
High level of proficiency in Figma or similar tool
Experience with LEAN UX Canvas
Experience with Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP)
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
Be the user voice on all digital solutions concept (from discovery through to design and implementation)
Run user interviews, validate personas for concepts and define user goals
Will work on multiple critical project initiatives around the globe ensuring a unified experience for worldwide customers and business users, taking into account regional requirements, culture, and influences
Collaborate and evolve designs working with internal and external business customers
Keep abreast of industry and user experience trends, best practices, and technology and promote them within the team
Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques including customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery
Design application content supporting both desktop and mobile rendering
Work closely with the cross-functional team to collaboratively design intuitive user experiences
Create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, site maps, etc.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data through multiple user research methods to make data-informed decisions, and communicate those learnings to others
Collaborate on the overall design system and design guidelines to provide a common baseline for all web and mobile application UI development
