Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Principal Solutions Architect with 15 years of experience, including 6 years in technical architecture and 2 years designing AI/Agentic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable distributed systems and cloud solutions.
- Develop and implement AI/Generative AI and Agentic solutions.
- Create HLD/LLD, data flows, and deployment architectures.
- Provide hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and L3/L4 production support.
- Lead microservices, cloud, database, and integration architecture.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive AI-enabled development practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and senior leadership.
Required Skills
- 15 years of software engineering experience.
- 6 years of Technical/Software Architecture experience.
- 2 years of AI/Agentic solution experience.
- Strong distributed systems and microservices experience.
- Java/Spring Boot or Golang.
- Cloud architecture experience with container/serverless technologies.
- Strong RDBMS and NoSQL data modeling experience.
- Knowledge of frontend architecture, microfrontends, and MVVM.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
