What You'll Do:
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of general dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
- Take high-quality digital X-rays
- Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with restorative procedures
- Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms remain organized and fully stocked
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience while working efficiently with the clinical team
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (required)
- Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration
- Current X-ray Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for providing outstanding patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and team members
