Are you an experienced drafter or an artistic individual? As a drafter for BTW images, you’ll visit real estate listings in order to hand draw and measure their floor plan layout. The specialist’s role is to provide accurate measurements with a laser measurer and translate them into a hand drafted floor plan while giving our clients a positive and professional experience.
NOTE: This is a 1099 position, applicants must have/acquire a LLC within 30 days of initial hire. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. MUST BE LOCATED IN/AROUND LOUDOUN COUNTY VIRGINIA.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Floor Plan Drafter/Creator at BTW images. The role involves creating detailed floor plans for real estate properties, home designs, and remodeling projects. The daily tasks include drafting floor plans based on client specifications, collaborating with the design team, and ensuring accuracy and quality in the final deliverables.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL UP TO 40 MILES
- Proficiency in floor plan drafting and creation
- Experience in architectural drafting or design
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Knowledge of real estate or construction industry is a plus
