BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Operational Language Analyst Native 4 to support operations in McLean, Virginia.
The Operational Language Analyst Native will perform tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations.
Primary Location: McLean, Virginia
Secondary Locations: None at this time.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly
Desired Languages
At least 8 years of full-time experience translating at ILR 3 in target language or 12 years without a degree Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in audio translation and text translation from the required language into idiomatic, standard American English or 3 in listening and reading on the DLPT 4 of 8 years in crypto language processing in target language
Mid/Senior positions require a bachelor's degree or an additional four years of experience.

Pay Range: $230,000 to $255,000 full Salary range lowest to highest across locations

- Crypto Language Processing: scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, compiling working ais and databases, OC'ing, mentoring, and drafting intel reports.
- 3 of the 4 years as primary duty translating, transcribing and/or gisting
- 2 of the 4 years has to be within 4 years of resume submission
- 1 year experience typing on an English keyboard
