What You'll Do
- This role will include, but is not limited to, personnel security management including the adjudication of clearances for contract personnel, clearance applications, etc.; as well as the security policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and DoD 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
- Ensuring proper level of security clearance is held by contractors for the SCIF(s) and/or technology they utilize in their role.
- At least four years of experience in compartmented programs in DoD/IC
- Associates Degree OR four additional years DoD experience with strong job-related experience and special skills
- Special skills or qualifications (all required) –
- Ability to work with customers and provide special security support
- Solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities IAW DCID 1/12 standard
- Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes
- Working knowledge of AR 25-50
- Working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include NISPOM, NISPOM supplement, DCIDS, DoD and DIA M-1 Manual
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two to four years’ experience in security training or security inspections
- Deployed experience in Iraq or Afghanistan preferred
- CDSE Certificate in Security, (Generalist)
