Special Security Representative/Manager

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Special Security Representative/Manager Responsible for multiple security disciplines such as physical security, personnel security, information security, industrial security, and Foreign Disclosure.

Primary Locations: El Paso, Texas

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee the administration of Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and collateral security programs in accordance with DoD regulations, Intelligence Community directives, and government security policies.
• Process security clearance requests, visit authorizations, indoctrinations, debriefings, and continuous evaluation requirements while ensuring personnel maintain compliance with eligibility standards for classified access.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with the Department of Defense, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, and applicable security directives; prepare for inspections and successfully resolve identified security deficiencies.
• Deliver security awareness training, conduct annual refresher briefings, investigate security incidents and classified spills, recommend corrective actions, and maintain required security documentation and reporting.
• Oversee access control systems, classified material accountability, secure storage, visitor control, facility security, and coordination with government customers to protect classified information, personnel, and sensitive assets.

Education and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience managing and overseeing DoD security programs.
• Six years’ relevant experience and certifications

Pay Range: $105,000 to 120,000 full Salary range lowest to highest across locations
