Driver / Bindery & Production Multi-Tasker

35–40 Hours Per Week | Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, hands-on individual to join our team. This is a great position for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and can work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties Include:

• Packaging finished products
• Cutting materials
• Folding
• Weeding vinyl
• Preparing orders for delivery
• Local deliveries and pickups
• Assisting with general bindery and production work
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Other miscellaneous shop duties as needed

Experience in printing, signs, bindery, production, or delivery is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Driver / Bindery & Production Multi-Tasker to join our fast-paced print and manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations across various production stages, from transportation to finishing processes. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment. You will handle driving responsibilities, operate and maintain industrial equipment, and assist with binding, cutting, printing, and quality control tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a broad skill set in a vibrant production setting while supporting the creation of high-quality print materials and signage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for transporting raw materials, finished products, and supplies between locations.
• Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of large-format printers, flexo presses, screen printing equipment, and other industrial machinery.
• Perform binding, cutting, folding, and finishing tasks such as paper trimming, binding, lamination, and mounting to prepare products for delivery or distribution.
• Interpret production documents including job tickets, specifications, and technical instructions to ensure accurate execution of print jobs.
• Conduct color management adjustments and quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain consistency and high standards.
• Support prepress activities by using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to prepare files for printing and troubleshoot issues related to layout design or typography.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols; perform routine equipment adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating industrial printing equipment such as large-format printers or flexo presses; mechanical knowledge is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of color management principles and graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to interpret complex manufacturing or print production documents accurately.
• Skilled in machine operation with a focus on quality control and precision in finishing tasks like cutting and paper binding.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with industrial vehicle operation preferred.
• Technical proficiency in digital printing processes, prepress software, machining techniques, and press operation.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills; ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of print advertising standards, typography, layout design principles, and industrial equipment adjustment is a plus.
