CNC Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, metal shear, press brake machines, and plasma tables according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate production of parts.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, including milling machines and presses.
• Familiarity with software for interpreting designs and specifications.
• Strong quality control skills to assess finished products against standards.
• Experience with materials handling techniques to ensure safe movement of components.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly and maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of manufacturing facility operations and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
