Our Impossible Goal: 200 locations by 2028 generating over $500M in revenue. Hitting that milestone requires a construction leader who can execute with precision, pace, and zero surprises — delivering 7-Brew-standard stores at scale.This is not a desk job. You’ll be in the field, on job sites, managing contractors, enforcing schedules, and removing friction across the development cycle. You’ll turn a signed LOI into a fully built, fully branded, fully operational Brewtopia location — reliably and repeatedly.Requirements:Project Delivery & Schedule Management Manage all construction phases from pre-con walkthrough to final punch and handover Maintain disciplined project schedules with weekly RYG reporting Ensure 95% of stores open within the 10-month LOI ?
