- Support the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM system
- Assist in documenting and optimizing sales processes and workflows
- Prepare sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and reports
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, web)
- Track and report on campaign performance
- Assist in content creation for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
- Analyze metrics (click-through rates, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements
- Recommend updates to website content to improve SEO
- Help design and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions)
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments/messages

Education and Experience
- Pursuing a marketing or sales degree
- Experience with NetSuite CRM a plus
- Understanding of social media platforms in a business setting
