Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow institutional client relationships across money managers, insurance companies and hedge funds.
- Work alongside the trading desk to source and execute SPG Credit transactions in secondary and private markets.
- Deliver high-value trade ideas and market insights tailored to each client’s investment objectives.
- Play an active role in shaping the direction of the desk and supporting the growth of the broader platform.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in structured product sales.
- A track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with institutional fixed income investors.
- Strong product knowledge, analytical skills, and comfort with market data tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Intex).
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Self-starter mentality with a high level of accountability and execution.
- Must be authorized to work full time in the U.S., BTIG does not offer sponsorship for work visas of any type

Compensation
- BTIG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
- The current estimated base salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
