Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, designers, and QA teams to meet business and technical requirements.
- Integrate OutSystems applications with external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain data models, logic flows, and reusable components.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in development.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality.
- Support deployment activities and assist with application performance monitoring.
- Stay current with OutSystems updates, new features, and low-code trends.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting, documentation, and other job-related duties as required.
- Flexible to work overtime when needed.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bilingual Required (English/Korean).
- Experience in OutSystems development (at least 1–2 years) or equivalent low-code platforms.
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools and familiar with database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
- OutSystems Certification (Associate or Professional) is a plus.
