Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy building, troubleshooting, and working with your hands? We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy assembling and testing products, solving problems, working with tools, and contributing to high-quality products that make a difference, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test mechanical and electromechanical products according to engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rework new, returned, and reconditioned products.
- Interpret job orders, pick tickets, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and engineering drawings.
- Perform inspections, testing, and quality checks to verify products meet specifications and workmanship standards.
- Use ShopTrak to record labor, material transactions, and production information.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support inventory accuracy through material handling, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.
- Assist with packaging, moving, and shipping finished goods and materials.
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment when trained and authorized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Skills & Abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform precision assembly work
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, bills of materials, and work instructions.
- Experience using testing and measuring equipment, including multimeters, HiPot/current leakage testers, and calipers.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality a must..
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with ShopTrak or similar manufacturing software is a plus.
