Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and control the project planning (master schedule), ensuring alignment with contractual milestones.
- Monitor physical progress vs. planned progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Develop and update S-curves, performance indicators, and project progress reports.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and cost control teams to ensure consistency between planning, execution, and budget.
- Analyze critical paths, constraints, and schedule risks, proposing mitigation measures.
- Prepare periodic reports for management and clients, including schedule forecasts and execution scenarios.
- Support the definition of execution strategies and construction sequences from a planning perspective.
- Participate in project follow-up meetings, providing analytical insight on timelines and progress.
- Manage and update planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or others).
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Additional training in project planning and control is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in developing and monitoring construction schedules.
- International experience will be valued.
- Advanced knowledge of planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Knowledge of project controls (time, cost, and scope).
- Strong analytical skills to identify deviations and propose solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
