About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of healthcare clients, work side-by-side with senior leaders, and play a direct role in solving one of healthcare's most pressing challenges: the physician shortage in Radiology. You'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, making sure everything runs smoothly from onboarding to ongoing service delivery.

As our newest Client Success Manager, you won't just manage accounts, you'll own a portfolio of healthcare clients, help fill critical gaps in patient care, and grow into a strategic leader within a company that's scaling fast.
What You'll Do
-Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients while running calls, managing schedules, and overseeing physician scheduling and onboarding end-to-end
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add value for clients and drive growth for BT Health
-Collaborate daily with our Recruitment & Sales team to align on candidate pipelines and client needs
-Keep all stakeholders aligned on priorities, risks, and action items
-Manage conflict resolution, quality control, and day-to-day action items with precision and urgency
-Contribute to weekly and monthly individual and team goals in a results-oriented environment
You're a Great Fit If You Are...
-Experienced in recruiting, sales, or account management (2 years preferred)
-Highly organized and detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
-A strong communicator (written and verbal)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Emotionally intelligent and composed under pressure
-Energized by a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your work directly matters
