What are the responsibilities and job description for the BT Construction is hiring two full-time Bilingual Sales Representatives position at BT Construction Group?
This is a field sales position focused on generating new business and helping homeowners understand our roofing and construction services. Representatives attend scheduled sales appointments, prospect for new customers, canvass assigned neighborhoods, perform follow-ups, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Candidates must communicate professionally in both English and Spanish. Previous construction sales experience is helpful but not required. BT Construction provides paid training, tools, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled sales appointments with homeowners
- Prospect for new customers within an assigned local territory
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and introduce BT Construction’s services
- Explain roofing and construction services clearly
- Identify customer needs and schedule property inspections
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using a company tablet
- Coordinate with the office and production teams
- Represent BT Construction professionally in the community
- Drive to appointments and assigned sales areas using a company vehicle
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Comfortable driving to local appointments and assigned territories
- Available to work Saturdays as needed
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable, organized, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with new customers and prospecting in the field
- Able to use a tablet and digital applications
- Authorized to work in the United States
Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
