Responsibilities:

The primary objective of the Client Analyst I – Specialty Services position is to contribute to a team that produces “raves” through their ongoing service and support for a broad range of clients across multiple specialized functional areas.

Specialty Services includes: Verification services (dependents, life events, state waivers) Evidence of Insurability, QMCSO, COBRA, Billing. The Client Analyst I will have accountability for an area within this scope. This position is for: MISC COE - Physical Mail Processing

This position requires on-site work at our office at 500 W. Monroe in Chicago, IL. The role is on-site every day, Monday through Friday.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

Processing mail and email documents including scanning, printing, shredding, logging receipt, and indexing

All team members are required to:

Manage deliverables independently and contribute to the health of overall book of clients by delivering outstanding service

Adhere to procedures and seek clarification when necessary

Communicate risks and status of deliverables proactively

Back up fellow Analysts during absences

Adhere to processes and adapt to new procedures as they evolve

Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:

1 years of work experience, which can include summer jobs, internships

Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office products

Focus and time management skills to complete tasks timely

Strong customer service orientation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to work overtime on occasion, with prior approval

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

 

 

 

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
