What are the responsibilities and job description for the High Volume Recruiter position at BSW?
Summary of Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a grand opening! Our client is looking for a talented Recruiter who is is responsible for recruiting all positions, including production, quality, and warehouse positions. The Recruiter will assist with the complete recruiting cycle, including the onboarding and orientation of new hires. The Recruiter is also responsible for conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews for the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Search for entry-level positions in a plant environment
- Recruits candidates using various resources such as Internet job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach
- Interviewing and screening applicants, over the phone and in-person
- Participates in job fairs and community recruiting activities as needed
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications.
- Interview follow up including making offers to those selected for hire
- Maintains Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Management of the offer process
- Responsible for new hire onboarding and training
- Conducts background checks
- Assists with weekly orientations using company-provided material.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
- Good organizational skills and time management are a must
- At least four years of recruitment experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
