Responsibilities

  • Must have a relieable and working vehicle.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass revenue targets through effective management and coaching.
  • Develop comprehensive business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
  • Drive outside sales efforts by engaging directly with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries through proactive outreach and personalized account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that highlight product benefits and technological advantages.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize sales pipelines.
  • Provide technical guidance during customer interactions, ensuring solutions meet specific business needs while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles within a competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated management experience leading a sales team or managing key accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of technology products or services relevant to the industry sector.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
