Currently, BSR has an immediate opening for a Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper will maintain the appearance of company grounds and perform other duties as assigned.
The Groundskeeper will be responsible for the following:
- maintain grounds and common areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Assist in picking up debris from property and delivering notices to residents
Requirements:
- High school education and/or technical school preferred but not required
