Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

As a Dispatcher and Office Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, exceptional customer interactions, and seamless support for the office team. Dispatching Duties:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites based on priority, location, and customer needs.
• Proactively monitor and adjust daily schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians to ensure timely job updates and accurate service records.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, delays, or updates with professionalism and empathy.

Office Duties:

• Answer phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries with warmth and expertise.
• Assist with data entry, invoicing, and accounts payable tasks to support office operations.
• Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Uphold BSR's mission of listening, caring, and reassuring in every customer interaction.
• Address pricing inquiries with transparency, empathy, and a value-centered approach.
• Guide customers to actionable next steps, such as scheduling appointments or providing service information.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
• Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.
• Mindset: A happy, solution-oriented attitude that embraces challenges as opportunities.
• Other: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
