Your Responsibilities
The Specialist II, Doc Control is responsible for documentation maintained in the Design Engineering Department for Cooking Products RNA. This position is a key user of Teamcenter and SAP. Additional activities include being a direct contact point to other team members within the extended organization to control and document release materials for the local facilities.

Specialist II, Doc Control

Your Responsibilities
The Specialist II, Doc Control is responsible for documentation maintained in the Design Engineering Department for Cooking Products RNA. This position is a key user of Teamcenter and SAP. Additional activities include being a direct contact point to other team members within the extended organization to control and document release materials for the local facilities.
- Manage the creation of new Bills of Materials with input from the Product Development team
- Development and Creation of Service BOMs (Bills of Materials) to support new product changes that occur as part of changes in the design
- Support RBEI colleague for Service BOM and part development and creation between the Development and Service teams.
- Have a working knowledge of iService
- Create & maintain material numbers in CMD and SAP
- Experience Key User and Trainer for SAP, PDM, and Service processes
- Establish, maintain, and delete data on BOM's provided by the design engineers or based on approved engineering change orders
- Evaluate and track lifecycle of Release Plans for part releases
- Facilitates Change Order activities including the Engineering change review meetings
- Participate and initiate data exchange for the engineering change review meetings
- Create and tracks engineering changes in PDM
- Experienced user in SAP and TCNG software and procedures
- Support development and sustaining engineering department at FCGNb and FCGF
- Tracks and Manages Waivers in the TCNG system
- Proficient in reading, correcting, and auditing BOMs
- TC Admin support
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High-School Diploma – Required
- 5-7 Years of Experience (Experience in similar field) – Required
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Key User SAP experience required
- Microsoft Office software
- Database Management software
