The key responsibilities of a Plumbing/ Fire Protection Engineer include, but are not limited to:
- Plumbing systems include domestic water distribution, hot water boilers, sanitary and storm systems, natural and medical gas system.
- Fire Protection systems include fire protection sprinkler system, fire pumps, and inert gas fire protection system.
- Project work includes the following market sectors: commercial, healthcare, multi-family, retail, industrial, ecclesiastic, and institutional facilities.

The key skills and qualities of a Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer are:
- Preferred candidate should possess a BS or BAE degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
- 2 years’ experience preferred.
- EIT or PE registration a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
