BSC Supply is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing, industry-focused team. This is an in-person position based in our Southborough, MA office. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales mentality, exceptional phone presence, and the discipline to maintain high daily outreach activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Business:
Quickly engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and confidently guide them through the sales process to close.
Re-Engage & Retain Customers:
Proactively reconnect with inactive customers, uncover needs, overcome objections, and win back their business.
High-Volume Sales Outreach:
Execute consistent outbound call activity (60–80 calls per day) with a focus on reactivating accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
Build Lasting Relationships:
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers by delivering value, solving problems, and positioning BSC Supply as a long-term partner.
Own the Product Conversation:
Continuously build product knowledge to confidently present solutions, differentiate offerings, and maximize sales opportunities.
Execute Sales Strategies:
Apply proven sales techniques to meet and exceed individual performance metrics, including new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Communicate with Impact:
Demonstrate professional phone presence, active listening, and persuasive communication in every interaction.
Maintain Sales Discipline:
Accurately track activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
Collaborate for Results:
Partner with internal teams to share insights, align strategies, and support overall business growth.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in inside sales, outbound sales, or customer retention roles
- Strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-based environment

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
