Project Manager - Custom Signage

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee custom signage projects from post-sales through installation. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget—while maintaining our high standards of quality.As the primary liaison between clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams (design, production, and installation), you will play a critical role in driving project success and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations for multiple projects with varying scopes.Review and approve deliverables, including drawings and samples, before client submission.Schedule and lead client meetings; coordinate with contractors, trades, and other scopes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.Develop and execute project schedules, revising as needed.Identify and schedule resources, including subcontractors (e.g., concrete, excavation).Prepare for client reviews and quality assurance checks.Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely invoicing, manage change orders, and monitor receivables.Represent the company professionally in all client and vendor interactions.Ensure legal and compliance documents are completed on schedule.Identify opportunities for additional services and communicate them to the sales team.Participate in planning and status meetings with internal departments.Keep all stakeholders informed of project changes and provide regular health reports with key indicators.Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills for client, team, and vendor interactions.Negotiation and conflict resolution expertise to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations.Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate across departments.Technical aptitude for reviewing shop drawings, proofs, and installation plans.Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges (e.g., delays, material shortages, permitting issues).Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.Responsiveness to all forms of correspondence (email, voicemail, etc.).Ability to identify process improvements and suggest constructive changes.Preferred Education & ExperienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.2 years of project management experience (construction industry preferred).Bachelor’s degree preferred.Additional RequirementsMust pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical.Why Join Us?We are committed to building a team of top talent in Colorado.
