BSC Signs is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented accounting professional to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning AR/AP processes, staying organized, and working in a steady, part-time schedule—with potential to grow into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable (invoicing, collections, payment tracking)
- Handle accounts payable (vendor invoices, payment processing)
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Desktop
- Perform consistent, professional follow-up on outstanding invoices
- Support job-based and progress billing (construction/project billing a plus)
- Assist with month-end reporting and internal coordination
- Manage vendor/customer onboarding and compliance documentation (W-9s, COIs, etc.)
- Track and maintain compliance requirements and assist with lien-related documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of AR/AP or bookkeeping experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (required)
- Experience with project-based or construction billing preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communicator—especially when following up on payments
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Position Details:
- ~20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- On-site in Broomfield, CO
- $23–$28/hr, depending on experience
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
