Requirements
- Assemble and wire electrical components using hand tools and light power tools
- Follow simple electrical and mechanical blueprints to build small control panels
- Complete repetitive assembly tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to product specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team production goals and timelines
- Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Ability to read and follow simple blueprints or diagrams
- Comfortable using hand tools and light power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Reliable and able to commit through the summer
