We are looking for a competent worker experience driving a street sweeper and skidloader. This position requires good physical strength, problem solving skills, be able to work well with your hands, and be reliable. Experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment is essential. Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are important. All team members must be prompt, reliable, and able to communicate effectively.

Skills
- Able to pull a trailer
- Operate hand and power tools
- Lift 50 pounds
- Experience operating skid steer
- Knowledgeable in construction work is a plus
- Experience operating up to ½-ton, ¾-ton and 1-ton trucks with trailers
- Understand basic math
- Experience in operating equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of basic construction principles and methods
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Able to follow instructions
- Attention to safety and follow safety procedures
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent
