Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician specializing in Power Washing Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality exterior cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties. The Technician will operate power washing equipment, assess surfaces for appropriate cleaning methods, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Operate power washing equipment safely and effectively to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, decks, and other surfaces.
- Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment settings.
- Prepare work sites by protecting surrounding areas and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Perform routine maintenance on power washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Follow all safety guidelines and environmental regulations during operations.
- Document completed work and report any issues or damages observed during cleaning processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience with power washing or related exterior cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate power washing equipment safely and responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.
