Responsibilities

- Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to cultivate their growth and creativity.
- Establish and uphold design standards, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality throughout all deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final products.

Requirements
- Proven experience in leading creative teams or design projects within fast-paced environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print media.
- Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with user experience (UX) principles, motion graphics, or front-end development knowledge to enhance collaborative efforts.
