Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate service technicians and support staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure technicians remain updated on the latest equipment, tools, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
- Inventory & Vendor Coordination
- Oversee inventory of parts, tools, and supplies required for service operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for parts ordering, warranties, and technical support.
- Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience servicing automotive shop equipment; prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of car lifts, alignment systems, oil tanks/piping, hose reels, and related shop equipment.
- Hands-on experience with Hunter Engineering and Rotary Solutions products strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and interpret repair/service documentation.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
