Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new clients through high-volume outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning, needs assessment, and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
- Conduct virtual product presentations, communicate value propositions, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of leads, activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth communication between inside sales and field sales teams.
- Provide customers with quotes, product details, and follow-up information after field visits.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach, activity goals, and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Track all interactions and provide performance reports and feedback to management.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service.
- Proven ability in high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, follow up effectively, and support sales process gaps.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment with quotas and KPIs.
- High professionalism, persistence, and adaptability.
