Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design projects across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and branding to translate strategic objectives into visually compelling solutions.
• Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to cultivate their growth and creativity.
• Establish and uphold design standards, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality throughout all deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final products.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep our design approach fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading creative teams or design projects within fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print media.
• Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with user experience (UX) principles, motion graphics, or front-end development knowledge to enhance collaborative efforts. Pay: $49,484.07 - $80,593.71 per year
