We are searching for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Indianapolis studio!
- Work with Senior Engineer to deliver projects
- Assist with client engagement and management
- Attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings
- Communicate and improve some design processes with other team members
- Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule
- Lead in planning, design and documentation of projects; prepare working drawings
- Participates in all design and construction phases of projects
- May present portions of design to client, participate in consulting partner or design committee meetings and discuss need for modification for change
- Participate in project debriefs and lesson’s learned sessions
- Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers
Education and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
- Experience: 5 years of applicable experience. Experience with HVAC design in healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred.
- Software Skills: Revit experience required; experience with energy modeling software and selection programs preferred.
- Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
