We are searching for an upcoming Electrical Engineering graduate to join our Carmel, IN studio!
What You’ll Do:- Assists Engineers with the design and documentation of complex projects
- Prepares and develops high-quality project documents
- Participates in various design and construction phases of projects
- Attends client, consultant, and design committee meetings as needed
- Collaborates and communicates effectively with project team members
- Contributes to project debriefs and lessons-learned sessions
- Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and project budgets
- Works within assigned project hours and tasks, with guidance from senior team members
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
- Experience: 0-3 years of applicable experience.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Large Language Models (LLM's), familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint preferred; Architecture CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam; Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other transformative design tools.
