Responsibilities
Assist Registered Nurse and physician in determining the health status and health needs of patients based oninterpretation of health-related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, theirfamilies, and other members of immediate healthcare team.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Completion of an accredited LVN program
Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- IV certification
