What are the responsibilities and job description for the SW Neuro - Full Time Business Office Clerk position at BSA Hospice of the Southwest?
The Business Officer Clerk will cross train with phones, scanning, and serve as a backup for team members if needed.
- Manage inbound/outbound phone calls
- Scan, Verify, and upload documents into database
- Scan, maintain and manage internal files
- Scan, audit and verify customer balances and over-dues
- Perform clerical duties of scanning, maintaining, and retrieving of all records and work files
This position is Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
Qualifications:- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills are required
- Highly analytical, strong problem solving and research skills
- Computer proficiency is highly preferred
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
Must be a team player and willing to serve as a backup to other team members as needed
