- Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo.
Responsibilities
- The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Director with the overall responsibilities of the department in accordance with established nursing standards, philosophy and BSA mission/vision.
- The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as strives to achieve efficient, safe and cost effective patient care.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
BSN
Current RN License in the State of Texas.
ACLS, PALS, or NRP corresponding to the area of service
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Position requires fluency in the English language to function in the job environment appropriately
