Responsibilities
- The Administrative Assistant provides reception and secretarial support to Baptist St. Anthony’s Health System management.
- These responsibilities require an understanding of the internal functioning of the Department, as well as the ability to coordinate responsibilities into the overall integration of the Baptist St. Anthony’s system.
- This position requires the ability to participate in and contribute to quality improvement processes for the department.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
- Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 70 wpm.
- Ability to proofread documents proficiently.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Two to three years of job-related secretarial or administrative assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management, letter format and composition, proper rules of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Competent use of personal computers and software programs, including Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
